Alejandra Torres is Costa Rican native, a mother of twin boys and a dedicated student of Ashtanga Yoga. She loves to share her journey and knowledge gained along her years of the in depth study of Yoga.
Her Yoga journey started in 2006. Alejandra had this yearning to learn more about the soul. It was as if she was called to the Yoga practice and started the search for a teacher.
In her first Yoga class she knew she found what she was looking for, little did she know how much love and passion her heart would start to grow for it.
Her training has been of Hatha yoga, Anusara yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Iyengar Yoga.
In her heart she knew that as wanting to be yogini she had to see India, her heart´s true desire.
Alejandra has been to India 4 times, each trip she takes 3 to 6 months to deepen her practice. During her stays she has studied under Sharath Jois, Rolf and Marci Naujokat , Louise Ellis, Mark Dyczkowski and Usha Devi.
Home based in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica she teaches daily in her yoga studio and give monthly workshops, yearly retreats and Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Her style of classes are vinyasa flow with infused yogic philosophy to take practice into deeper layers.
